At precisely 11:00 AM today, the Executive Governor of Jigawa State, Malam Umar A. Namadi, FCA, swore in newly appointed permanent secretaries at the Government House. These appointments were made based on merit and demonstrated working skills.
Governor Namadi urged the new appointees to perform their duties with diligence and a sense of responsibility, guided by the fear of God. The newly appointed permanent secretaries are as follows:
- Abdullahi Sa’idu – Former Director of Administration and Finance, Ministry of Health
- Yusha’u Muhammad Jaji – Former Director of Local Governments Inspection, Ministry for Local Government
- Lawan Muhammad Haruna – Former Director of School Services, Ministry of Higher Education
- Dahiru Lawan – Former Director of Lands, Ministry of Land
- Engineer Labaran Adamu – Former Managing Director, Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASA)
- Sagir Muhammad Sani – Former Director of Planning, Research, and Statistics, House of Assembly
- QS Ahmed Isah – Director of Building, Due Process and Projects Monitoring Bureau
- Muhammad Yahaya Jabo – Former Director of Planning, Research, and Statistics, Agency for Mass Education
