The Committee set up by the Jigawa State Government to looks into the complaints of the unverified workers in the State will commence verification exercise of unverified staff on Thursday 2nd May, 2024.
Arrangements have been put in place for a smooth exercise at the office of the Head of the Civil Service to ensure that
all unverified staff with genuine reasons have been verified and captured.
Affected staff are by this, expected to come along with their official documents of employment/career progression, Introductory letter from their organization, attendance register and must have a cogent reason why they have not been captured before.
Accordingly, unverified staff from the following Ministries, Departments and Agencies are directed to appear before the Committee on Thursday 2nd May, 2024 for the verification exercise.

9. Directorate Of Economic Empowerment
10. Ministry Of Agriculture And Natural Resources
11. Ministry Of Environment
12. Ministry Of Works And Transport
13. Urban Development Board
14. Jigawa State Water Board
15. Office Of The Head Of Civil Service
16. Board of Internal Revenue
NOTE: Only staff from the above mentioned MDAs would be attended on the first day of the exercise while staff from the other LGCs, LGEAs and MDAs shall wait for the next announcement.
