The Jigawa state Government says it would begin the payment of new minimum wage from month of December, this year.
The Jigawa State Governor Alhaji Muhammad Badaru Abubakar confirmed this while addressing the members of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) after signing an agreement between the state and NLC, at the state house.
According to the Governor, the state Government and the members of the labour union have been in dialogue for two months before they reach a mutual agreement between both parties.
