In continuation of the verification exercise of the unverified staff, the Committee set up by the Jigawa State Government to looks into the complaints of the unverified workers in the State hereby invites unverified staff from the following Ministries, Departments and Agencies to appear before the Committee on Thursday 9th and Friday 10th May, 2024 for the verification exercise at the office of the Head of the Civil Service.
1. Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology (Headquarters)
2. Agency for Nomadic Education
3. Islamic Education Bureau
4. State Universal Basic Education Board
(SUBEB)
5. Science and Technical Education Board
6. Agency for Mass Education
7. Inspectorate Headquarters and Zones (SUBEB)
Accordingly, affected staff are expected to come along with their official documents of employment/career progression, Introductory letter from their organization, attendance register and must have a cogent reason why they have not been captured before.
NOTE: Only staff from the above listed MDAs would be attended while staff from LGCs, LGEAs and MDAs shall wait for the next announcement.

I have not received My salary for the month of May 2024, I’m the staff member of HIGH COURT who is studying in Uganda currently. Please assist me to look into this issue to release my salary, I’m in critical condition.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
