Namadi FCA<\/strong><\/em>. The Council has approved:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Interim Report for the <strong>1445AH\/2024 Ramadan Feeding Programme<\/strong> before the Council presented by the Honorable Commissioner for Special Duties. The Ministry has reported spending a total of <em><strong>Two Billion, One Hundred and Sixty-Eight Million, Five Hundred and Forty-Five Thousand, Four Hundred and Seventy Naira (N2,160,545,470) only<\/strong><\/em> for the feeding programme during the holy month. Similarly, following the presentation of the Interim Report, the Council has constituted a <strong>6-member committee<\/strong> to investigate the activities of the Ramadan Feeding Programme of Babura Local Government Area and the committee was given 2 weeks to report back. The composition of the committee comprises of:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a. Head of Service (HOS) \u2013 Chairman<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b. Commissioner Special Duties -Member<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">c. Commissioner of Justice \u2013 Member<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">d. Commissioner of Agriculture -Member<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">e. Commissioner of Information- Member<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">f. PPS to the Governor \u2013 Secretary<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. The release of sum of <em><strong>One Billion, Two Hundred and Fifty Million Naira (N1,250,000,000.00) only<\/strong> <\/em> as subsidy to <strong>Jigawa State 2024 Hajj intending Pilgrims<\/strong> to reduce the cost of new Hajj fare as approved by the Federal Government the cost of Hajj 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. The request for approval to release the sum of <em><strong>Five Hundred and Thirteen Million, Nine Hundred and Thirty -Four Thousand, Four Hundred and Forty -Two Naira Eighty -Five Kobo (N513, 934,442.85K) only<\/strong><\/em> for the payment of Government Sponsored Seats and Balance of <strong>Eighty-Four number (84no.) approved O\ufb00icial Seats for 2024\/1445AH Hajj Operation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4.
