The State Executive Council have deliberated and approved a memorandum presented by the Ministry of Land, Housing, Urban Development and Regional Planning for the award of contract for the construction of <em><strong>1,500no.<\/strong><\/em> of affordable Mass Housing projects.<br \/>\nThe mass housing project will have a total of <em><strong>1,500no<\/strong><\/em> Units of <strong><em>Three<\/em> Bedrooms<\/strong> stand alone and <em><strong>Two Bedrooms Semi-Detached<\/strong><\/em> houses. The mass housing will be constructed in <em><strong>Dutse<\/strong><\/em> with <em><strong>600no.<\/strong><\/em> Units of houses being the State capital.
