Biography
Muhammad Kandira Dagaceri was born on 2nd October, 1967 in Dagaceri, town, Birniwa Local Government area, the Head of Service attended Government Secondary School, Garko.
He obtained his B.A Degree Certificate from Bayero University, Kano in 1990and after his service year (NYSC) with the Government Day Secondary School, Dayi in ManumfashiLocal Government Area, Katsina State. Muhammad Dagaceri earned PGDPA, PGD P.P.A Certificates and Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the famous Bayero University (BUK) Kano.
Dagaceri, began his working career as a Personnel Officer II, Establishment and Service Matters, Office of the Head of the Civil Service, Jigawa State in August, 1992.
The Head of the Civil Service, rose through the ranks over the years to become Permanent Secretary in 2018 a position he held until his appointment in September 22nd 2023 as Head of the Civil Service.
Muhammad Kandira Dagaceri attended courses and workshops on capacity building and also presented papers on various issues in relations to effective service delivery, among others and served on various Boards and Committees. .
A registered member of the Administrative Council of Nigeria (ASCON). Before his appointment as the Jigawa State Head of the Civil Service, Muhammad K. Dagaceri was the Permanent Secretary in charge of Administration and Finance, Office of the Secretary to the Jigawa State Government.
